Technicians are happier with jobs than bosses think

(June 16, 2015) -- This graphic would make us think that techs, as a general rule, are happier than we think. That’s particularly true of administrators. Notice the gap between techs and admin on overall job satisfaction. Those in administrative roles think overall job satisfaction should be lower than technicians.
