Flooding caused RVers to be stranded, rescued

(June 15, 2015) -- There were simultaneous water rescues in Harvey County, Kan., Monday morning, as a motorist was stranded near 84th and S. Kansas Ave., and two campers at East Lake were trapped within their RV.
