Vehicle registration surcharge could help Ariz. state parks

(May 7, 2012) -- On Friday, supporters of the state park system launched an initiative to get Arizona motorists to provide needed funds. A $14 surcharge added to the cost of each vehicle registration fee is being proposed, reports the Yuma Sun.
