Picnic table thief has been arrested

(June 1, 2015) -- Max Lee Franklin, of Cadillac, Mich., was taken into custody by police Thursday afternoon after police said they received several tips identifying the man caught on camera stealing a picnic table from the Colfax Township Park and Campground.
