Flooding forces campers to evacuate

(May 25, 2015) -- Ethan Belicek was the park ranger on-duty at Blanco State Park in Texas when it started to flood. . Belicek had to make a quick decision to evacuate nearly 70 campers and move everyone to higher ground at his house.
