Cummins to purchase assets of Hilite International

(May 2, 2012) -- Cummins Inc. announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets associated with the emissions control products of Hilite International. Hilite, based in Marktheidenfeld, Germany, is a portfolio company of 3i.
