Calif. homeless sue city for discrimination

(April 27, 2012) -- After police seized his RV on Monday, one of the litigants in a lawsuit that claims the San Luis Obispo police department is discriminating against homeless people who sleep in their vehicles, is now sleeping outdoors, reports Cal Coast News.
