Man ordered to pay back wages at Custer business

(May 4, 2015) -- A Los Angeles man has been ordered to pay more than $8,000 in back wages and overtime pay to former employees at his businesses, Custer Motel, the All American Inn, and the American President Resorts, in the South Dakota city of Custer.
