Court ruling puts power back on at foreclosed campground

(May 1, 2015) -- SF Gate reported that more than a dozen families have been living at the Circle 9 Ranch Campground since October, when a sale of the property fell through. The bank that took over had the power cut off on Tuesday, but a court made an emergency ruling to restore electricity on Thursday.
