Star Bond project moving forward in Dodge City

(April 8, 2015) -- Dodge City, Kan., will move forward with building a new 90-room Holiday Inn Express, a new restaurant and banquet hall and a new RV park all located around Park Street in Dodge City near the new aquatics park that is currently being constructed.
