Man arrested for gun, threats at N.H. campground

(April 17, 2012) -- Patch.com reports that 41-year-old James Rackliff was arrested and charged with criminal threatening after allegedly carrying what appeared to be a rifle while making aggressive statements at the Shel-Al Campground in North Hampton Thursday night.
