Carolina Beach to require reservations, fees

(March 26, 2015) -- Beginning April 1, anyone who wishes to camp overnight–whether in a tent or in a vehicle–on the vehicle-accessible beach, in Carolina Beach, N.C., must reserve a designated camping space on the town’s online reservation site.
