Minn. campground gets F-4 rated emergency shelter

(April 10, 2012) -- Annual visitors and guests to the Tipsinah Mounds Park and Campground in Elbow Lake will see many changes this year, including the addition of a 20- by 80-foot emergency shelter rated to withstand an F-4 tornado, reports the Fergus Falls Daily Journal.
