RV dwellers sue Santa Barba, Calif.

(March 12, 2015) -- Homes on Wheels, an organization representing RV dwellers, has sued the City of Santa Barbara, charging that enforcement of the RV parking ban in certain parts of the city has expanded well past legal limits.
