Another family files lawsuit over Arkansas flash flood

(April 5, 2012) -- The Texarkana Gazette reports that Gay Cunningham Moss and Swan Moss III, whose seven-year-old daughter died in the 2010 flash flood at the Albert Pike campground, have filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against the U.S. Forest Service.
