Sun Communities declares 1Q dividend

(April 2, 2012) -- Sun Communities, Inc., a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities, announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share for the first quarter of 2012.
