Vandalism in off-road vehicle tears up Cape Point

(Feb. 13, 2015) -- National Park rangers are investigating vandalism that tore up the Cape Point Campground in Buxton, N.C., after someone drove off of the paved access road and onto low-lying, grassy areas.
