Texas man sues Winnebago for selling him a lemon

(March 30, 2012) -- Clear Lake resident James Moore filed a lawsuit on March 28 against Winnebago Industries, claiming the company sold him a defective 2008 Tour 40 KD, reports Ultimate Clear Lake.
