Man videotaped people in campsite bathroom

(Feb. 10, 2015) -- Kenneth Schiff of New Jersey already awaiting sentencing after videotaping children in the otter lake campground in Monroe County back in 2013. Now he's accused of the same thing at a campsite in Lake Harmony.
