Presidents Day ride scheduled at campground

(Jan. 21, 2015) -- Promoting tourism in the county, the Harlan County, Ky., Campground and RV Park will host a President’s Day Ride Feb. 12 to 15 at the Black Mountain Off-Road Adventure Area/Putney Trailhead.
