Nebraska state park hopes to recover after flooded 2011

(March 22, 2012) -- After a flood-riddled 2011 that saw the popular Buffalo Bill Ranch State Park in North Platte closed for much of the summer, the park is hoping to bounce back this year, reports the Lexington Clipper Herald.
