Contractor sues Texas RV resort for unpaid services

(March 21, 2012) -- Arslan Dursic, doing business as Expo Painting and Roofing Co., has filed a suit, claiming that Bayshore RV Resort Corp. and San Leon resident Bien Nguyen underpaid him for his services as a site supervisor on a construction job, writes the Southeast Texas Record.
