Waynesburg, Pa., zoning approves small RV park

(Jan. 9, 2015) -- Waynesburg, Pa., Zoning Hearing Board granted a variance Monday to allow a small recreational vehicle park with space for two recreational vehicles to be developed in a vacant lot at the bottom of South Richhill Street.
