Winter Texans starting to head north

(March 21, 2012) -- For three weeks, 69-year-old Bill Hoffart and his wife Carolyn, who live on the Virgin Islands, have called the Gateway to the Gulf RV Park in Victoria home. But Bill was feeling the itch to hit the road again. They were planning to leave yesterday for Big Bend National Park, reports the Victoria Advocate.
