Fiddlers’ Convention returning to North Carolina campground

(March 20, 2012) -- The Union Grove Old Time Fiddlers’ Convention was shut down before the 1980 convention could be held, under allegations of "illegal drugs, liquor, guns and open sex." But now Casey VanHoy, whose family started the convention in 1924, is bringing it back to Union Grove, reports the Salisbury Post.
