Thor Board OKs Issuance of Quarterly Dividend

Thor Industries Inc. announced that its board approved at its Dec. 9 meeting, the payment of a regular quarterly dividend of 27 cents per share. The regular dividend is payable on Jan, 13, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 23, 2014.
