‘Homeless’ students on the rise in N.D.

(March 14, 2012) -- School kids in Williston had spring break last week, but for many, staying home isn't much of a vacation. A growing number of students are crowded into campers, living in hotels or doubling up with another family, criteria for being considered homeless, reports INFORUM.
