RVs denied at California mobile home park

(March 14, 2012) -- On Monday, the Visalia Planning Commission voted 2-1 to deny a request by the Royal Oaks Mobile Home Park to allow 13 RVs and travel trailers to stay at the park, reports the Visalia Times-Delta.
