Relocation and restoration planned for McGrath

(Dec. 4, 2014) -- McGrath State Beach and Campground, the oft-flooded, camping and recreation area in Oxnard, is primed for a facelift through the collaboration of several organizations beginning in 2015 after a study is completed.
