Trailer and camping parking ban goes into effect Dec. 1

(Nov. 26, 2014) -- Bismarck, N.D., police are reminding residents, it is illegal to park campers and trailers on residential streets between Dec. 1 and March 31, with a fine of $15 a day per violating vehicle.
