Gunplay in Kingsport campground results in felony arrest

(Nov. 21, 2014) -- A report of a drunk man wandering into a campsite at a Kingsport KOA facility, in Blountville, Tenn., — then grabbing sunglasses off a stranger's head and firing a gun into the air — has prompted a felony arrest for reckless endangerment.
