Andersons Bay, New Zealand, opened to freedom campers

(Nov. 20, 2014) -- Dunedin, New Zealand, City Council proposed to open part of the Bayfield Park car park, in Andersons Bay, to freedom campers to alleviate pressure on facilities at MacAndrew Bay.
