Team raising money for restoration project at Texas’ Bastrop

(March 7, 2012) -- Greg Creacy, the regional natural resources coordinator for Texas Parks and Wildlife, and the 20-odd other members of the Lost Pines Recovery Team, recently finished writing a five-year plan for controlling erosion, reseeding native grasses and planting millions of loblolly pines inside Bastrop State Park, reports the Austin American-Statesman.
