Texas city backs off RV park water charges

(March 2, 2012) -- On Thursday, the San Benito utility board proposed that the city end its $10 monthly base water fee for unoccupied RV park sites and RVs, and instead, board members said they would propose a water fee for individual mobile homes and permanently tied down RVs, reports the Brownsville Herald.
