Leap Day baby celebrates 21st at Arizona RV resort

(Feb. 29, 2012) -- Elizabeth Prescott has been purchasing alcoholic beverages without being of "legal" age for decades. But today, she will finally be legal and plans to celebrate with friends at Superstition Sunrise, an RV resort in Apache Junction, reports the Arizona Republic.
