State law hampers Kansas FMCA rally

(Feb. 29, 2012) -- The Family Motor Coach Association told the Kansas State Fair manager Monday that they won't hold their event in Hutchinson this year or next because of a state law that prohibits out-of-state dealers from selling RVs in Kansas, reports KAKE.
