Washington House passes own Discover Pass bill

(Feb. 29, 2012) -- The Seattle Post Intelligencer reports that the Washington state House has passed a bill to allow two cars to share one Discover Pass. But unlike a similar bill that recently passed the Senate, the House bill would add a $10 registration fee on all RVs until 2015.
