KOA campgrounds adding more amenities to attract families

(Feb. 29, 2012) -- Zip lines, swimming pools and other campground extras are among amenities being added across the nation at Kampgrounds of America, or KOA, facilities. The Los Angeles Times reports that KOA wants to add enough activities to convert its overnight campgrounds into final destinations.
