Snowbirds beginning to come back to Sebring, Fla.

(Oct. 8, 2014) -- By the middle of November, more snowbirds are expected go south to Sebring, Fla., filling up RV parks and providing much needed relief to stores and restaurants that could do not much more than give away food during the summer.
