White Oaks Campground now part of Starved Rock

(Oct. 8, 2014) -- Gov. Pat Quinn officially announced Saturday the former White Oaks Campground south of Utica, Ill. has been purchased by the Illinois DNR as a land and water reserve adjacent to Starved Rock State Park.
