Lagoon campground reopens after community raises funds

(Aug. 29, 2014) -- After being closed for two years due to state budget cuts, the Ryan's Cove campground in Humboldt Lagoons State Park, Calif. reopened today after local groups raised the funds to restore the waterside site.
