Man purposefully set his and a neighbor’s trailer on fire

(Aug. 19, 2014) -- A 23-year-old man at an RV park near Longview, Tex., set his and his neighbor's RVs on fire while on drugs. A police car also caught on fire while trying to restrain the man.
