RV permits required as of Aug. 17 in San Diego

(Aug. 13, 2014) -- Starting this month, a new city rule is requiring owners of recreational, non-motorized and oversized vehicles to buy a temporary permit if they want to park on City of San Diego, Calif. streets overnight.
