Campground owner appeals county’s permit revocation

(Aug. 12, 2014) -- Cory Axelson, owner of the 300-acre Hidden Valley Campground near Red Wing, Minn., filed paperwork July 11 with the appellate court seeking to overturn the county's May 20 decision to revoke his conditional-use permit.
