PEI campers abandoned as Arthur passed through

(July 10, 2014) -- In Prince Edward Island thousands of campers were forced to seek shelter when powerful and gusting winds canceled an entire day of events, ripped apart tents and sent visitors scrambling at the Cavendish Beach Music Festival.
