Man files federal lawsuit for right to carry at campground

(June 17, 2014) -- A Georgia man is suing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers over the right to carry his handgun at the Lake Allatoona campgrounds in Georgia where he frequently takes his family for weekend getaways.
