City wants to convert Oregon park into campground

(Jan. 30, 2012) -- The river is barely visible and a handful of signs read "No Camping" at Ben Hur Lampman Park, but Gold Hill Parks and Recreation Manager Rob Lowe is hoping to resolve both of those issues, reports the Mail Tribune.
