Forest River to pitch in on Horn Ditch flooding

(June 10, 2014) -- The Goshen, Ind. Redevelopment Commission Tuesday approved a projected $1.3 million collaborative plan aimed at reducing flooding on Goshen’s east side. Forest River has agreed to contribute funding towards the project.
