9-year-old girl died at Mounds Campground

(May 29, 2014) -- A 9-year-old girl, Carly Rice, was riding her bicycle Saturday afternoon on a paved road at Mounds Campground, Brookville, Ind., when she tried to stop as the bike picked up speed. She went off the roadway into a ditch where her neck stuck the handlebars. She later died.
