RV park to host Bluegrass fest after expanding facilities

(May 28, 2014) -- Mitchell Resort and RV Park will host its 10th Annual Bluegrass Festival May 30 and 31 in Perrin, Tex. The festival will be held inside the new 10,500 square foot Oak Meadow Center.
